Tidewater Radio Control is a group of about 90 individuals from all walks of life who share a passion for radio controlled aviation. Whether your interest is giant scale, old timers, aerobatics, jets, gliders, electrics or just simple fun flying, you'll find someone in the club who shares your interest. Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at the VFW on Bartee st. in Norfolk, which is located just off Military Hwy. behind the Toys R Us store. From I-64 in Chesapeake, take 104/17 (George Washington Hwy) South to just past mile marker 4. Turn left onto Ballahack Rd. Go exactly one mile, turn left on the dirt road. Please observe our 15 MPH speed limit and watch out for low flying RC Aircraft!
